Damn Good Humans is a multidisciplinary creative agency that focuses on bringing climate topics to peoples hearts. For real. This adventure started with the co-creation of The Carbon Almanac, a collective effort to bring climate topics to the table led by Seth Godin. A subset of that group created the Earthwork Collective and Damn Good Humans.

Once we knew we wanted to work together, we founded the Earthwork Collective as a team of ecopreneurs wanting to redefine the way humans collaborate. We are based around the world and work remotely in an organic and transparent way that lets magic happen. The Catalyst project is our way to bring this magic to other teams who want to harness their potential for good.
